Refund policy
RETURN & RECOMPENSE DIRECTIVE
Acquired garments are eligible for return within a mandatory 14-day window starting from the confirmed delivery date, pursuant to European Union and statutory international consumer protection frameworks.
GARMENT INTEGRITY STANDARDS
Items may be tried on for fit, but must be returned in their original condition. Garments must remain unwashed, unaltered, and equipped with all protective tags and original packaging intact. Any product displaying signs of outdoor wear, odor, wash, or damage will incur a value-deduction charge up to 100% of the item's purchase value upon physical inspection.
RETURN INITIALIZATION PROTOCOL
All return requests must be registered through our official CLIENT RETURNS PORTAL. Upon authentication of your order details, a prepaid return label or digital QR code will be generated instantly. Unsolicited physical returns sent without portal registration will not be processed.
LOGISTICAL RESPONSIBILITY & TRANSIT FEES
A fixed return processing fee (Sweden: 100 SEK | EU: €12 | UK: £14 | Rest of World: $20) will be automatically deducted from your final reimbursement upon physical receipt and quality clearance. In verified instances of product defects or incorrect fulfillment, return shipping charges are fully waived. The risk of return transit remains with the sender until physical custody of the parcel is registered at our facility.
REIMBURSEMENT PROTOCOLS
Upon physical arrival and formal inspection clearance at our Stockholm Studio, verified refunds (minus the designated return processing fee) will be issued within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method. Exchanges are subject to real-time inventory availability; if a replacement variant is out of stock, a standard financial reimbursement will be executed.
PRODUCT DEFECTS & SYSTEMIC ERROR
In the event you receive a defective garment or an incorrect item, notify our team immediately at clientservice@iron-dynamics.com with photographic documentation for expedited resolution and fee-waived return processing.
