Shipping policy

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch directly from our Stockholm Studio within 1–2 business days. Once your consignment is registered with the carrier, an automated confirmation email containing active tracking details will be generated.

Sweden: Standard Dispatch 100 SEK. Complimentary dispatch applied on orders of 2,000 SEK or above.

Europe: Express Shipping €12. Complimentary dispatch applied on orders of €200 or above.

United Kingdom: Express Shipping £12. Complimentary dispatch applied on orders of £180 or above.

Rest of World: International Express Shipping $18 USD. Complimentary dispatch applied on orders of $220 USD or above.

Estimated delivery windows (Sweden: 1–3 business days | International: 2–5 business days) are calculated from the dispatch date and serve as administrative estimates. These windows exclude Swedish national holidays, weekends, and regional destination holidays.

Iron Dynamics maintains statutory responsibility for consignment transit until physical delivery or ombud registration. However, Iron Dynamics is not held liable for third-party operational carrier delays, extreme weather events, or postal access disruptions caused by incorrect address entries.

European Union: Applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) is integrated into the final transaction cost at checkout.

United Kingdom, United States & Global: Shipments are executed under DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) regulations. Any local import tariffs, customs duties, or handling fees imposed by destination authorities remain the sole administrative and financial responsibility of the recipient.

In the rare event of a delayed, missing, or damaged consignment, our team will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier on your behalf. To report a delivery disruption, contact our administrative desk.
