These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through www.iron-dynamics.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. A purchase contract is formed when we dispatch the order and send a shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order before dispatch in the event of an obvious pricing or product information error, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, unauthorised payment activity or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Prices, currencies, taxes and available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment is processed through our payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

Available shipping destinations, delivery methods, shipping charges and estimated transit times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local import duties, taxes and customs fees. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be registered through our CLIENT RETURNS PORTAL. Return conditions, available return methods and any applicable return fees are displayed in the portal before a return is registered.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or our Returns Policy affects mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.

We aim to present product colours, materials and details as accurately as possible. Colours may vary depending on screen settings, lighting conditions and device display characteristics. Product measurements and weights may vary slightly due to the nature of garment production.

All content on this website, including trademarks, logos, graphics, photographs, product designs, text and website design, is owned by or licensed to Iron Dynamics AB. It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where it cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. If you have a complaint, contact Client Service first so that we can try to resolve the matter directly.

Swedish consumers may contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) at www.arn.se.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order applies to that order.
