These statutory Terms and Conditions regulate all system interactions, digital acquisitions, and transactional operations executed on www.iron-dynamics.com, operated by Iron Dynamics AB. Interacting with this platform or initiating a transaction constitutes immediate and unconditional agreement to these terms.

To execute an acquisition or establish a contract on this platform, you must be of legal age (at least 18 years of age) or possess explicit, verified authorization from a legal guardian.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your transaction request. A legally binding purchase contract is executed only upon physical dispatch of the order and issuance of the dispatch tracking confirmation.

Iron Dynamics AB reserves the unilateral right to cancel transactions prior to dispatch in instances of inventory discrepancies, obvious typographic errors, technical pricing glitches, or flagged fraudulent indicators.

Prices are dynamically rendered at checkout. Value Added Tax (VAT) is included for European Union destinations. All financial transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Iron Dynamics AB does not store raw payment card data.

Consignments are dispatched to regions selectable during checkout. Displayed delivery estimates are guidelines and subject to carrier operational factors, customs processing, and public holidays.

For shipments routed outside the European Union (including the UK, US, and global regions), orders are processed on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. All local customs tariffs, import taxes, and courier handling fees remain the sole administrative and financial responsibility of the recipient.

Acquired items are eligible for return within a statutory 14-day window from the confirmed delivery date via our official CLIENT RETURNS PORTAL. A flat return fee will be automatically deducted from your final refund (Sweden: 100 SEK | EU: €12 | UK: £14 | Rest of World: $20). Items may be inspected for fit but must remain unwashed, unaltered, and equipped with original tags and packaging intact. Garments returned with signs of wear, odor, or damage will incur a value-deduction charge up to 100% of the item's purchase value in accordance with statutory frameworks.

All assets rendered on this platform—including brand assets, photographic media, graphic typography, design layouts, and interface code—are the exclusive intellectual property of Iron Dynamics AB. Unauthorized replication, redistribution, or commercial extraction is strictly prohibited.

Iron Dynamics AB shall be exempt from performance liabilities in events beyond reasonable operational control, including but not limited to labor strikes, transport disruptions, extreme natural events, wars, or regulatory trade bans.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Sweden. In the event of an unresolvable dispute, Swedish consumers retain the right to submit claims to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden - ARN, www.arn.se). European consumers may also utilize the official European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
